Crisis Response [more]
YC staff responds in person to local schools and police departments in crisis situations defined as when a youth has (1) runaway and is refuses to return home, (2) been locked out of their home by their parent or legal guardian, or (3) is reported to police as being ungovernable.

Juvenile Delinquency Diversion Program [more]
The Juvenile Delinquency Diversion Program (JDDP) provides individual and family counseling, the U-Turn group program, case management and court advocacy services for youth who are involved in the legal or justice systems.

"New Directions" Girl's Group [more]
The New Directions program is geared towards high-risk young ladies between the ages of 14-18. Similar to the U-Turn program it is an intensive life skills training group. The focus of this group is to help young women develop the skills necessary to be successful. The group will meet weekly at the YC office on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 11:00am to 3:00 pm. Topics include: Anger management, Conflict Resolution, Job Readiness, Healthy Relationships, Social Skills, and Future goal setting. This group is scheduled to begin on June 25th, 2011.

Youth Leadership Program [more]
The YC Youth Leadership Program engages young people between the ages of 14 and 17 in leadership training, volunteerism and social activities to build a healthier, safer community.

YC After School Programs [more]
The YC After School Programs provide academic enrichment and homework help, social skills training and a variety of cultural and recreational activities. These programs help young people develop good study habits, learn positive peer relations skills and expand opportunities to pursue personal interests all in a safe and nurturing environment with YC staff and volunteers.
