YC
Volunteer Positions:
YC
Board of Directors
Board
Directors ensure that the agency meets identified needs in the
community through effective, professional programs and services,
that YC has the resources to carry out those services, and represents
YC with integrity in the communities we serve. Attendance at
monthly meetings throughout the year, service on one of four
board committees, and direct or indirect financial contributions
are the primary responsibilities for a three year term on the
board.
YC
Board Committees
Non-board director committee members
help to establish annual goals and activities to accomplish
agency objectives in the areas of financial oversight, fund/resource
development, public relations, and personnel policies. Meeting
times and activities are dependant on specific committee objectives
and timelines.
Youth
Leadership Program Adult Volunteer
YLP adult volunteers assist youth with
a wide variety of community service projects, lead discussion
groups and provide supervision at leadership training conferences
or educational workshops, serve as chaperones at monthly social
or recreational outings, and when needed, provide transportation
for YLP youth to/from activities.
Connections
Program Adult and Teen Volunteer

curriculum activities and projects, and have fun during recreation
and social activities.
