YC Counseling Services:

Counseling services are available for youth between the ages of 10 to 18 and their families. Youth appropriate for YC Counseling services are those having behavioral problems at home or in the school, youth showing low levels of depression, families needing help resolving conflict and communication issues in a more positive way. Following an assessment process to identify factors impacting current life circumstances, the youth, appropriate family members and the YC counselor create goals to work toward in the counseling process. In general, a commitment of 3 months of weekly, 1 hour sessions is requested. Active parent participation is necessary in all youth services to help ensure positive movement toward goal completion and to address family issues that may block progress.

All services at YC are free of charge for youth in our service area.
